At Work World, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to resolve it within the guidelines below.

With Proof of Purchase (Within 60 Days)

Unused merchandise may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt, packing slip or transaction record on your account.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed
• Tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be in new, resalable condition

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
       ** All clearance merchandise is final sale.

With Proof of Purchase (After 60 Days)

Unused merchandise returned after 60 days from the original purchase date, with the original receipt, packing slip or transaction record on your account and in new, resalable condition (tags attached and original packaging), will be eligible for store credit only.

Without Proof of Purchase

Unused merchandise without the original proof of purchase may be eligible for store credit or an exchange at the item’s current selling price. We request a valid photo ID for all returns without a receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns and exchanges in cases of suspected misuse of our return policy.

To be eligible to receive an exchange or store credit:

·       Items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed

·       Tags must be attached

·       Items must be in original packaging

·       Items must be in new, resalable condition

Gifts

Items received as a gift may be eligible for store credit or an exchange at the item's current selling price.

Redeeming Store Credit

Store credit for returns is issued in the form of a gift card. Gift cards and store credit may be redeemed only at any Work World, Whistle Workwear or Shoeteria store location, as well as online at workworld.com.

If the original purchaser would like to receive a full refund for a gifted item, the return must include the original receipt and meet the standard return requirements outlined in this policy. Please follow the return instructions provided above.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance or Items marked “Final Sale”
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items (unless covered under our Guarantee below)
• Gift cards

All clearance merchandise is final sale.

Online Returns

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from mailed returns using our prepaid label (standard size/weight packages only).
• A $4.99 shipping fee will be charged for exchanges when using our prepaid return label (standard size and weight packages only).
• In-store purchases must be returned in-store.
• We will not accept items purchased from other retailers or websites.

Please allow 7-10 business days after return confirmation for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

How do I return or exchange my online order?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email  support@workworld.com  and follow the instructions provided.

Upon receipt of your returned product, Work World will conduct an inspection and quality review to confirm the item meets the conditions outlined in the Returns and Exchanges Policy. Once the review is complete, you will be notified that your refund has been processed or that your exchange item has shipped.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment or provided as store credit, as applicable. If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped promptly.
